Air-gapped model updates on Enclo ship as cosign-signed, SLSA Level 3 provenance bundles that install via USB, an internal mirror, or a scheduled DMZ relay sync. No Enclo server ever contacts the cluster. The customer controls when, what, and whether to apply each update.

Does Enclo staff access customer data?

No. Enclo is software customers run on their own hardware. There is no telemetry, no phone-home, no remote access, no break-glass keys, and no support-session recording. Remote troubleshooting, if granted, is mediated entirely through the customer's jump host.

Workspace Starter is $30,000 per year (up to 4 GPUs, business-hours support). Workspace Enterprise is $120,000 per year (up to 16 GPUs, 24×5 support, SSO/SAML/SCIM, HA, FIPS mode). Workspace Plus is custom pricing for site licenses and 17+ GPU deployments. Every tier includes all four Workspace components — Enclo LLM API, EncloChat, EncloCode, and Enclo IDE Plugin.

Which models does Enclo support?

Enclo Workspace runs any open-weight model supported by vLLM (production), MLX (Apple Silicon dev), or Ollama (CPU fallback): Llama 3 and 4, Qwen 3, Gemma 4, DeepSeek R1, Mistral, Phi, plus any pre-trained weights the customer brings. Enclo serves the models; it does not train them. Switch models without leaving your infrastructure.
